Yes, we offer different plans for SMO users. For individual users, it is completely free and there is no need to make additional payment. With the free version, you can use features including chat, send languages, send files, initiate audio and video calls, and the customer service system.
As a comparison, the free version is limited to a team of up to 3 people, and you can increase the number of people, use higher-quality audio and video channels, and other features for a fee.

Login to the management backstage, select the team you want to renew, click “Settings” – “Server Settings” – “Renewal Click “Settings”-“Server Settings”-“Renewal”, select the number of people and version information you need to renew, and then place an order and pay immediately.
Charging rules are: renewal length * team number – version discount amount.

Upgrade charge calculation rule is: the total amount to be paid for the new version – the remaining amount of the original version (no refund for reduction)

Failing to create new teams may be due to the following reasons:
1, Your account or the network you are on creates teams frequently in a short period of time;
Each user can have a maximum of 3 teams. You can opt out of joined teams to open capacity.

You can purchase the version corresponding to the number of people in your team. If your team is less than 10 people, it is recommended to purchase the Basic Edition;
If your team is more than 10 people, it is recommended to purchase the Professional Edition
